SHIPPING INSTRUCTIONS:
Fragout Design / Fragout Firearms has an 07 Manufacturer Federal Firearms License (FFL) so we're able to accept firearms and NFA items from anywhere in the United States including Alaska and Hawaii. No FFL is needed on your end as long as you are the legal owner of the firearm or there are only non-firearm items in the package as described by the ATF.
AKA: you can ship your project direct to me, from you. read below for the who what when where and why. no need to have an FFL ship it to me etc.
It is required by law that a person that does not possess a valid FFL, must ship handguns by 2nd day air with a contract carrier (UPS, FEDEX, etc.). Long guns can be shipped with ground service by the USPS or a contract carrier. Please note, it is your responsibility to comply with all federal and state firearm laws and shipping company policies. ( I like to use UPS and is who i would recommend ) *also check out Shipoutdoors.com for great prices on labels and insurance. thats who i used all last year for my super sale and it was outstanding. or dont... but yeah
We are required to ship your completed project back to either the EXACT address listed on your ID (this should be the same address you list on the "from" section of your shipping label) or an FFL holder from a shop of your choosing if for some reason something changes.
Shipping the stuff Steps: [WHATS IN THE BOOOOXXX]
-Completed Project FORM. print it and include it with your item.
-Include a copy of your photo ID or FFL in the package you are sending.
(if you dont do this ill have no idea who it belongs too... dont mess it up jabronie, or yay free guns for meeee!!!)
- INCLUDE a copy of my FFL (((CLICK HERE TO DOWNLOAD MY FFL)))
-Return shipping label - so i may ship it back toooo you.

Return Shipping - We are required to ship the completed project back to either the address listed on your ID (this should be the same address you list on the "from" section of your shipping label) or an FFL holder. Please include a return shipping label for me to use to ship your completed project to you when done.
Shipping Costs - You (the customer) are responsible for all shipping costs to and From Fragout Design.
Shipping Insurance - Any shipping insurance must be requested and paid for by the customer.
Shipping Carrier - While a specific mail carrier is not required, we recommend the United Parcel Service **(UPS). *very preferred if you can please and thank you!

Additional Shipping costs:** if new packaging or labels for the return shipping is required we can touch base at that time to discuss. i.e (new packaging required [boxes/etc] and or no return shipping label was included when shipped to us.)
Please do your best to pack your item securely,[unloaded and NO AMMO (dont be that guy)], and with a good box and tape securing the items as best you can. dont have it flopping around in there like a crazy person. lol im super OCD with packing when i ship and make sure its packed good. in this day and age its ok to make sure its tip top good to go when shipping stuff. so help me help you.
