How to Get started on your custom Project with Fragout Firearms!
Step one: Fill out and submit Project Form ((( CLICK HERE FOR FORM ))) detailing your project. Once i get your submission i will review the details you provide on your project and see all of what youre wanting to do and what it is on and then will contact you after to go over the project!
Do Not Ship Your project before Filling out and submitting Project Form and us contacting you about your project first!!!!

- If you are local, you can come in person to drop off your project, or ship it... but please before showing up to my shop. please contact me to arrange a time. We can then discuss your project here more if youd like but still please fill out the project Form for for me as it would be a huge help! thank you!

Lead times on projects can depend on many factors. Same goes for the prices every project is different. So please as best as you can detail what you are envisioning in the project form as best you can, with any specific details youd like to also have included in the design and ideas on what youd like to see.

**How It works! Breakdown on How I will conduct your custom comission step by step.
Phase One:**
Once I have received your project i will then begin the artwork/design phase and come up with a custom mockup design version for you to review once i have that completed for the engraving work.
(as you can see of other mockups and such ive posted in the past on social media and on my website www.fragoutdesign.com)
I will not engrave or alter any project item before a final design and mockup is approved by the owner. ill email the mockups when they are done for you to review, then we can make changes or revisions then if needed on the artwork and finalize that phase of the project. No limits on revisions/changes if required, within reason on the artwork/design work i create for your project.
Timelines for the design and artwork phase varies, depending on the details of your project and what i need to draw and create it will be different for everyone but i will have already informed you of the estimated timeline by this time already so you will know before now on when youd have the mockups.
Phase 2:
After the Mockups Are Approved, at this time i will send you the invoice for your project and I do require a down payment of half the amount i quoted you for this comission to begin the next phase
*(Min. 50% Deposit is required before any Post Design work starts or materials ordered).
The Final payment will be due after the project is completed!
Invoices will be sent via email or i can take payments over the phone as well if needed.
By choosing to go this way on payments it will help me be able to order any cerakote and or needed supplies ill require for your project and have your project locked in. this will also help me with content on timelapse videos and such and keep up with footage and files for your work and stay organized.
But if you decide to pay it all down after i quote you too that would be an even better route for me but 50% atleast down. *if the artwork required ends up being super crazy like insane i may require the down payment before starting the artwork, i will let you know if this is the route required. but yeah no prob
***note not every project will be able to have a complete timelapse video made for it like as you may have seen on my youtube channel for previous projects. I will do my best to try and make one for every project but due to the time it takes to capture all the footage, files, and edit it may become hard to get to do this on every project if i do not have the time. so if you absolutely do want a timelapse video please note this in the project form so i can take that into consideration on the estimate and pricing/timeline for you then.
Phase 3:
Once your project is completed i will finalize any assembly if required, function test, and make sure its good to go for you and looks perfect
At this time and take pictures of your project along with hype videos too probably, (cause its going to be too freaking awesome to only just take pics of, of course lol) and then send those to you to review and look at as well, to have a keep and cherish. this unlike the timelapse video i can guarantee for you included with your project fo sho.

Phase 4:
Then once the final payment is received your completed project will be packed back up and tracking information will then be provided to you via email! easy peasy dude!
